I saw this on Jimmy Kimmel last night… Ron Artest, the guy who just recently asked to have a month off to promote his rap album decided to go into the stands and FIGHT with the crowd, AFTER an all out brawl on the court!

It has to be one of the worst things I’ve ever seen at a major league event. I don’t care if they fight on the court, but there is NOTHING a fan can do so the team comes up there and fights with them. Keep yourself under control, it’s just entertainment.
UPDATE:
Ron Artest, Jermaine O’Neal and Stephen Jackson of Indiana and Ben Wallace of Detroit were suspended indefinitely by the NBA .
UPDATE 2: (Monday Nov 22)
On Sunday, the NBA suspended Artest for the rest of the season. The league suspended Indiana’s Stephen Jackson for 30 games and teammate Jermaine O’Neal for 25. Detroit’s Ben Wallace — whose shove of Artest after a foul led to the five-minute fracas — drew a six-game ban, while Pacers guard Anthony Johnson got five games
