Katrina - Bush Takes Responsibility
Wow, He's NEVER taken responisibility for ANYTHING he does or doesn't do.

Why is the Iraq flag right behind the president?!?!? Is President Bush trying to take responsibility for something else too?
Edit 9-18-05 Turns out, he announced this during a press conference with Iraq about the progress in Iraq.
