Earthquakes
I'm going to repost this map of quakes in CA because there was just a 6.0 in central CA. I really think there will be a big one in SoCal so watch out! and get your earthquake supplies ready!
Also, Mt. St. Helens is about to erupt, having hundreds of small quakes a day:

By about to erupt you mean no time soon, right? Or are you calling your shot that the geologists are wrong?
